We have updated the FAQ section on the Xiora website to provide clearer guidance regarding plan changes and upgrades.
Recently, we have received multiple inquiries from users who are already on the Standard Plan and would like to upgrade to the Pro Plan. Based on these questions, we realized that additional clarification would be helpful.
The updated FAQ now explains:
- Why mid-cycle plan changes are not supported
- Where and how to cancel an active subscription
- Why upgrade options may not appear while a subscription is active
- Available options for users who wish to move to the Pro Plan
These updates are intended to make the subscription process clearer and more transparent for everyone.
