Referral program Terms

Program overview

These Terms apply to all users (“Members”) who participate in the Referral program (“the program”) provided by Xiora Technologies (“Company”).
By applying to or using the program, Members are deemed to have agreed to these Terms as well as the Xiora Terms of Service.
The program allows Members to earn rewards by referring new paid subscribers to Xiora.


Rewards and conditions

Referral rewards are granted only when all required conditions defined by the Company are met.

Current reward structure:

  • Standard Plan: USD 15 (one-time reward per referred user)
  • Pro Plan: USD 60 (one-time reward per referred user)

Referral rewards apply only once per referred user. Even if the user cancels and later subscribes again, no additional reward will be granted.

Eligible payments are limited to Standard / Pro plan purchases made through the Instant upgrade (Stripe/PayPal) page on the official website.
Payments made via Manual upgrade (Wise) or other methods are not eligible for referral rewards.

The Company may modify reward amounts, eligible plans, payout thresholds, or other conditions at any time. Notice of such changes will be provided on the referral page or a related page.
Changes apply only to future referrals and do not affect rewards already generated.


Registration and accounts

A registered Xiora user account is required to participate in the program (an active subscription is not required).
Members must provide accurate and up-to-date information. If false information is discovered, the Company may suspend or delete the account.
Accounts are intended for personal use only and may not be transferred, lent, or shared with others.


Reward generation and payouts

Rewards are generated when a referred user visits Xiora through the Member’s referral link, signs up for an account, and upgrades to a paid plan within the allowed conditions.
All decisions regarding the approval or rejection of referrals are made by the Company based on internal criteria.

Members may request a payout once their accumulated rewards reach USD 100 or more by using the contact form at:

Payment methods (PayPal, bank transfer, etc.) are determined by the Company. Any transfer or currency conversion fees are generally the responsibility of the Member.
Payouts typically take 1–2 weeks, but timelines may vary depending on payment processors or financial institutions.

In cases of suspected fraud or violations of these Terms, the Company may hold, adjust, or deny rewards.


Prohibited conduct

Members must not:

  • Refer their own account
  • Use paid advertising such as Google Ads or Meta Ads without prior written approval
  • Use false, misleading, or exaggerated claims to promote Xiora
  • Manipulate traffic or conversions using bots, scripts, or automated tools
  • Engage in conduct that harms the reputation or trust of the Company or third parties
  • Engage in any unlawful or inappropriate behavior

If prohibited conduct is found, the Company may suspend or terminate participation in the program and cancel unpaid or previously paid rewards.


Referral conditions

Referral rewards are granted only when a user completes registration and upgrades to a paid plan during the cookie validity period.
Validity is determined solely by the Company based on internal logs, payment records, and other data.
If a purchase is canceled, refunded, charged back, or deemed fraudulent, the associated referral reward becomes invalid.


Cookie validity

Referral tracking uses browser cookies.
The cookie validity period is 7 days.
Only upgrades completed within this period are eligible for rewards.
If the user deletes cookies or uses a different device or browser, referrals may not be recorded.


Suspension and termination

The Company may suspend or terminate a Member’s participation without notice if the Member violates these Terms or the Xiora Terms of Service.
The Company may deactivate inactive accounts at its discretion.
In the event of suspension or termination, the Company will determine whether unpaid rewards will be paid out.


Changes to the Terms

The Company may revise these Terms at any time.
Revisions take effect upon publication on the Company’s website.
Continued use of the program after revisions constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.


Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong, consistent with the Xiora Terms of Service.
Any disputes arising from the program shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong.
