These Terms of Service govern the use of the VR applications and related services provided by Xiora Technologies (“Xiora”, “we”, “our”, or “us”). By using the Services, you agree to these Terms. The Services are intended for adults aged 18 and above. By using the Services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Use of the Services is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate and up-to-date information when creating an account. Accounts are for personal use only and may not be transferred or shared with others.
Users may register and manage their own bookmarks through the official website at https://xiora.com/bookmarks. Bookmarks are associated with each user’s account and stored securely on our servers. Adding, editing, or deleting bookmarks can only be done on the website, not inside the VR application.
2. Free Plan and Subscriptions
The application distributed through the Meta Store is free to download and includes a limited Free Plan.
Paid subscription plans and optional features are available only through the official Xiora website, where payments are processed by Stripe, PayPal, or Wise. Payments made via Wise are manual, one-time transactions and do not renew automatically.
Payment terms follow the rules of the selected payment processor.
Changing plans during your current subscription period is not supported. If you wish to upgrade, cancel your current plan and subscribe again after it expires, or register a new account for immediate upgrade. Even if you cancel, access remains active until the expiration date. Refunds or pro-rated adjustments are not provided under any circumstances.
3. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:
- Use the Services in an unauthorized, fraudulent, or unlawful manner
- Modify, reverse-engineer, or decompile the application
- Engage in harassment, harmful behavior, or conduct contrary to public order and morals
4. Changes and Termination
Xiora Technologies may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Services at any time without prior notice. We may also suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law.
5. Disclaimer
The Services are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.
Xiora Technologies is not liable for damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
We are not responsible for interruptions or malfunctions caused by network conditions, device issues, or third-party services to the extent permitted by applicable law.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Hong Kong.
7. License and Intellectual Property
The Services are licensed, not sold. All intellectual property rights in and to the Services, including software, design, avatars, and related materials, remain the exclusive property of Xiora Technologies.
