Xiora Technologies stores conversation logs only on your device, not on our servers. You can delete all conversation history locally from within the app at any time.
What we keep on servers
- Basic registration data (email, hashed password, plan status, usage totals)
- User-registered bookmarks (URLs and titles) associated with your account
- Consent and security records as required by law
How to request deletion
To delete your account and related server-side records, please submit your request through our contact form at https://xiora.com/contact and include your registered email address and the phrase “Delete my account” in the message body. For your protection, we may ask you to confirm the request from your registered email before proceeding.
Timeline
We will verify your request and delete server-side records within 30 days, except where retention is required by law (for example payment records, anti-fraud logs, or tax compliance).
Scope of deletion
- Deleted: account profile, plan status, usage totals, user-registered bookmarks, and all other non-essential records
- Retained (as legally required): payment and transaction records, consent and security logs for the period mandated by law
- Not stored by us: conversation logs (they remain only on your device)
